Delivery & Return

Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all purchases. We provide a 15-day window from the confirmed delivery date by the shipping carrier to report any issue or request a return, exchange, or refund. Requests submitted after this period are not eligible. Return authorization must be obtained from Glamour Beauty Center prior to any shipment of an item for return or exchange.

Requests that cannot be verified or lack sufficient information are not processed.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

A request is eligible only if all conditions are met:

  • Submitted within 15 calendar days of confirmed delivery
  • Submitted through the official request form
  • Includes valid order identification and sufficient detail
  • Item(s) must remain in original condition and packaging; items showing use, alteration, or damage are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • All Hair Brushes
  • All Hair Combs
  • Sealed items that have been opened or have a broken seal

Requests that do not meet all conditions are not eligible and are subject to denial.

Return Authorization

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only after approval has been granted prior to shipment of any item.
  • Further return shipment instructions will be sent to the email address submitted in the request form after submission and approval.
  • Do not send items without receiving prior approval and return instructions.
  • Unauthorized returns are not processed.

Resolution

If return authorization is approved, return shipment instructions will be provided. Upon receival of the authorized returned item(s), once inspected and found to be in original condition, the outcome will be one of the following:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Exchange

The resolution is determined based on the verified issue.

Refund Conditions

A refund is issued only after:

  • The request is approved
  • Any required return is completed
  • The item is received and verified to meet all return conditions

Processing Time

  • Requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval or return completion
  • Processing time may vary by payment provider

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect
  • Returns must include valid tracking
  • Items shipped to the return address that are lost in transit by the shipping carrier will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery
  • Must include clear photo evidence showing the issue

Requests without required evidence are not eligible.

Billing Issues

Duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charges must be reported within 7 calendar days using the request form.

You may be required to provide supporting details to verify the claim.

Dispute Policy

You must contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a dispute without first following this process may impact the outcome of the dispute.

Prep

BOND SHAPER™ CURL REBUILDING TREATMENT should be used on deeply clean curls. Before treatment, cleanse curls with No.4C Bond Maintenance® Clarifying Shampoo to remove product buildup and damaging impurities. For best results or for extreme buildup, follow with OLAPLEX Broad Spectrum Chelating Treatment as directed. 

STEP 1: REPAIR 

Dispense 50mL* into an applicator bottle. Section curls into 4 quadrants and apply STEP 1 until product is evenly distributed Scrunch curls in an upward motion to encourage curl definition. Process for 10 minutes. Do not rinse. Follow with Step 2.

*Amount depends on length and density of hair. For short lengths, use less product. For long or dense lengths, add more product as needed. 

STEP 2: ENHANCE 

Spray STEP 2 in small sections until all curls are saturated. Scrunch curls to ensure product is properly worked through. Process for 10 minutes. Do not rinse. Follow with Step 3.

STEP 3: DEFINE 

Using hands, evenly distribute STEP 3 in sections from root to tip. Mist with a spray bottle to re-wet curls if needed. Proceed with the desired curl-defining technique. Air dry or use your preferred drying method.

For best results, do not wash curls for 48 hours.

Professional Curl Retention Compound

A blend of humidity-resistant, flexible polymers, plant collagen, and sugars that form a curl-locking barrier to maintain definition, smoothness, and shine.
