within 30 days of receiving your shipment for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include it on your return label. Shipments without an RMA will not be accepted for returns. We will refund the purchase price less the shipping cost which are built into the price of the items you buy. The shipping cost to you and return cost to us remains at your expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will incur a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept any returned items that have been damaged, scratched, marks, odors (cigarette, perfume, smell) or in any way different to the original conditions.
