Schwarzkopf BlondMe Premium Developer Oil Formula is a high-quality professional developer designed to work seamlessly with BlondMe Toning and BlondMe Lightener.
Infused with nourishing mineral oil, this developer helps maintain the natural moisture balance of your clients' hair while reducing water content, preventing the dilution of essential ingredients like color, alkalizers, and peroxides. The result is healthy, shiny, and soft blonde hair that radiates brilliance.
Developer Options:
2% (7 Volume) – Ideal for toning pre-lightened hair or for gentle bleaching.
6% (20 Volume) – Perfect for traditional bleaching or toning naturally light (level 8 or above) blonde hair.
9% (30 Volume) – Best for maximum lightening, blending white hair, or lifting naturally light blonde hair.
12% (40 Volume) – Suitable for intense lifting or white blending on natural bases at levels 6 or 7.

within 30 days of receiving your shipment for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include it on your return label. Shipments without an RMA will not be accepted for returns. We will refund the purchase price less the shipping cost which are built into the price of the items you buy. The shipping cost to you and return cost to us remains at your expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will incur a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept any returned items that have been damaged, scratched, marks, odors (cigarette, perfume, smell) or in any way different to the original conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returned items. All returned items are carefully inspected and checked upon arrival.
